Last night around 1am someone pulled a primary electricity breaker, which is located behind an unlocked gate in our exterior garbage area, and shut off all electricity to our dock. Waterfront Construction is getting broken into almost every week. This weekend one of our vessels got broken into and trashed, last week we had more break ins. We caught one of them a month ago, called the cops but the cops said unless we catch them 3 times is a row they will not do
