This person has come to our building twice and rode his bike in the garage (Regata) behind a vehicle and stole a bike one time August 24th, 2:30 pm and attempted to steal one another time, August 25th, 7:15 pm. In broad daylight. This morning we found him passed out in front of the building, I think he was sitting there waiting for a car to come in the garage so he could get in again. The police made him leave after someone called 911. These aren’t the greatest pictures but if it keeps him out of someone else’s building I’m happy!
