Here at Gasworks Park Marina we had 1 car stolen from our lot on 2/21/24.  Another from up on N. Northlake Way in January, 2024. Multiple car prowls and intruders on property. Now we are awash in Diesel fuel from the sunken tug.

The Salmon House has been broken into three times in the last two months, twice doing considerable damage in gaining entry, and one of those and breaking into an office and tearing the safe out.

Fisheries Supply was broken into the morning of March 22 by two men wearing masks. Seattle Boat had a break in on the 3-30-24 weekend where the thief or thieves cut through the gate and stole detailing materials from a shed.

Dunn Lumber had two attempted break-ins in January 2024. The first attempt involved two thieves driving a stolen red pickup truck on 1/14/2024. They tried to gain entry by the south door but were thwarted by the extra protection recently applied to the door-locking area. A second attempt was made on the same door on

On the night of 11-27-2023, a gas tank was drilled in our lot at Gas Works Park Marina. Made a huge clean-up mess. It was reported to the police.

Two men broke into the Dunn Lumber Lake Union location the morning of 11-4-2023 at roughly 4 am and made off with a considerable amount of gloves, DeWalt tool products , as well as some Milwaukee products, just minutes before the police arrived. The thieves also broke out the remaining glass in the front door

This van was stolen from the parking lot near the entrance to Fisheries Supply retail store at 2:15 am on 9/15 in Mariners Sqaure. The incident was reported to the police but  the owner recovered the van himself with the help of an Airtag he was able to put into it while waiting for the Seattle Police

Two thieves attempted to break into Dunn Lumber Company on Saturday morning (10-28-2-23) around 4 a.m. Police were notified and a report was taken. Nothing was stolen but an expensive piece of broken glass to replace. The photo below shows the extent of the damage.
