Aman entered the Regata Condos on 2/11 around 4:22 am. He accessed the building using a code that we had given the Seattle Times delivery person. What’s odd, is that he first tried an older code that was used by The Seattle Times that we disabled about 2 years ago. Makes me wonder if there’s an employee that’s giving out the delivery notes to this thief. He stole some packages and a bicycle, using a grinder to cut through the lock. Caucasian, medium height and build, wearing blue jeans, dark sneakers, green puffy coat, black ski mask and a blue baseball hat. Carrying a navy backpack with lacing on the sides.
