This SUV and accompanying trailer filled with construction debris set up an encampment on N Northlake Way directly across from Gas Works Park Marina. It’s a Toyota Highlander, Wa license plate 855 MNH. Residents from North Pointe are reporting it and hoping that other neighbors will do the same.
