Blocked Sidewalks Again reported by IRES/Emerald Landing 1-18-2022

As reported using the City of Seattle Resource List: RVs and campers and tents are blocking the sidewalk/walkway with their vehicles and garbage. We have had multiple tenants almost get hit by trucks for having to walk in the street due to the unsafe conditions.

Water left on in upstairs part of abandoned building across from Dunn Lumber 1-17-22

Water was discovered running in the abandoned building across from Dunn Lumber on Monday 1/17/2022. The upstairs taps were left running creating about a 4″ pool of water on the floor of the office spaces below after soaking through the ceiling from above. Water supply was turned off after discovering this.
