Wednesday, January 19th at around 8:00 a.m. a man on a bicycle slipped into the garage next to an exiting vehicle and then got into the building lobby by forcing open a door and stole some packages. He was caucasian, reddish bushy hair, and had a black backpack with a white H on it. He has been in our building before, similar MO. Also, Friday, January 21st at about 1:30 a.m. a man tried to pry open one of the doors into our garage and redirected the camera on th.e building, he was unsuccessful getting in.
