Illegal dumping of tires on Northlake Way. This truck pulled into Dunn on 2nd Ave. After seeing two employees on break, they turned around and went west on Northlake Way. They stopped in-between the “RV campers”. A Dunn employee went down to get pictures of the U-Haul truck info, but they left as soon as they saw me taking pictures.
