A pick up and trailer were spotted attempting to load items out of the abandoned building near Dunn Lumber despite fencing, boarded up openings etc. The police were contacted but no one was around the site when they arrived. The Porta-Potty at the Sunnyside boat ramp has been pushed back down the boat ramp again. It has happened multiple times in the past couple of months and never before in the past 5 years. Also there is a metal canoe that is likely stolen that has shown up on the ramp – pictures attached.

Dunn employees noticed lights on in an abandoned building next door to Dunn Lumber. On checking on this, the employees found a broken window and entered to see what was going on. Yet another break in to the abandoned building across from their retail store. Intruders used a pry bar to tear off plywood and lumber to gain access to the building. A contractor is now installing what they hope is a way beefier deterrent for this property. This has been the sight of both stolen property
