IRES/Emerald Landing yet again has reported parking issues with RV’s both not Angle Parking but Parallel and also blocking sidewalks. IRES/Emerald Landing also reported a trespasser who climbed onto the Emerald Landing floating docks from Gas Works Park Marina.

Removal of Uninhabited RV’s Along Northlake Way is scheduled for next week (week of 2/7)

We just received word that the removal of RV’s along Northlake way will begin next Tuesday.  The area they will be working on is from the 2100 block (GasWorks) down toward Dunn Lumber.  They will start at Gas Works and work their way to Dunn.  Not certain of the timeframe involved as at this time

Blocked Sidewalks Again reported by IRES/Emerald Landing 1-18-2022

As reported using the City of Seattle Resource List: RVs and campers and tents are blocking the sidewalk/walkway with their vehicles and garbage. We have had multiple tenants almost get hit by trucks for having to walk in the street due to the unsafe conditions.

Email sent by Dunn Lumber regarding 72 hour rule not being enforced and the efforts being made to thwart using Eco Blocks on Northlake near Dunn Lumber 1-3-22

Eco Blocks moved by RV Campers near Dunn Lumber 1-3-22

Continuing and additional issues near Emerald Landing 12-30-21

We wanted to inform you of several additional RVs that are parked along N Northlake way that is not hooked up to any vehicles.  One, in particular, looks like it is about to collapse and we worry that folks will be severely injured or property/vehicle damage will occur.  We also continue to have growing concerns
