Yet another break in to the abandoned building across from their retail store. Intruders used a pry bar to tear off plywood and lumber to gain access to the building. A contractor is now installing what they hope is a way beefier deterrent for this property. This has been the sight of both stolen property

WeHeartSeattle (a volunteer group that cleans up homeless encampments etc) rounded up 20 volunteers on Saturday to clean up part of Northlake Way and will come again to this area on a semi-regular basis. This group picked up 8000 pounds of trash on this first go round. Some campers even joined in the clean up

IRES/Emerald Landing reported both an abandoned vehicle and RV campers using the sidewalk near their building on11/18/21 and reported both through Find It/Fix It app online and got confirmation numbers for each incident.
Dunn Lumber had another RV show up as well as a couple more cars. Plus there is a jeep on chocks with no wheels nearby also. Photos below of trash dumped along the old Burke Gilman trail near Dunn Lumber as well. The south side of the Dunn Lumber building was also vandalized with graffiti.
Last night (10/28) we had a man come down from the RV encampment area, go to our wood pile (in private marina parking) and try to take wood. We stopped him, he became aggressive but walked off, back to the RVs. I called 911 at 8 p.m. and received a call at 11:30 p.m. Saturday
