It’s been a doozy of a week! On 6/8 around 2:40 am a man on a motorcycle came to Regata, entered through a door that hadn’t been latched properly after trying several doors, broke into some cars, opened a bunch of packages and took what he could and damaged some doors. He was wearing a full motorcycle suit with a reflective stripe on the back and a fairly distinctive helmet which I included a picture of. He also came back on 6/9 around 2:00 a.m. but a resident scared him away. He is a white male but had a motorcycle helmet on the whole time.
On 6/10 around 4:20 am two men entered the courtyard of Regata by climbing over the fence, they then climbed up on a balcony to cover a resident’s camera. They tried to break into a couple of doors, were unsuccessful and then left. They also tried pulling on doors and messing with the intercom at Tavona. Both were white males wearing hoods, masks and shorts. One of them had a yellow raincoat and an O’Neill baseball hat under his hood. The other one had a black hooded sweatshirt with a white circular emblem on the front and white, red and black sneakers.
On 6/12 around 3:40 am a man broke into a garage and stole a bicycle and propped the door open so he could come back. White male, brown hair, wearing a red baseball hat and a red handkerchief around his face, black and white sneakers, black pants and a hooded zip up sweatshirt and a black backpack.
