At Regata Condos on 3/10/22, around 7 am, a man and a woman tried to enter our gate using a fob and several keys. After being unsuccessful the man climbed the fence and let the woman in. They walked around the courtyard trying keys/fobs in various doors and when they were by one entrance a resident exited and the man grabbed the door and they went in. They went into the garage and tried their keys and eventually entered a locked storage room where they broke into 10 storage lockers by prying the door frames off with a crowbar. They stole over $5000 worth of items including diving gear, speakers and a guitar, packing them into stolen suitcases and exiting the building the same way they came in, using the elevator and walking through the lobby and courtyard, all in broad daylight and in front of many residents. They were dressed nicer than most of the people that break in and when they left added hats and glasses to conceal their faces. The man was caucasian, about 5′ 10″, medium build, 30-40 yrs old, bald, wearing mostly black and a paper mask. The woman was caucasian, about 5’5″, slim build, light brown shoulder length hair, wearing camouflage leggings, red boots, a black coat with fur trimmed hood, a paper mask and a Seahawks baseball hat. We are unsure how they entered the storage room, they may have had a key as the door was not damaged and they had a large ring of keys.
