Unfortunately only temporary clearing to do landscaping – looks better but not what we were hoping. Let’s keep doing the work to bring the safety back to this landscape.
In case you have not driven along Northlake Way between Gas Works Park and the Westward Restaurant today (7/27/21) you should. It is an amazing sight to see all the trash and RV homeless campers mostly gone per photos below from the Westward Restaurant toward Gas Works Park. The crew is working their way East toward the I-5 bridge with plenty left to do. Hats off to all of you, to Malik Davis and Alex Pedersen, and the city clean up people for the part played in this major improvement to our neighborhood. Celebrate the moment!!
