Waterfront Construction reported someone cutting locks and stealing a tool box during the night. Two of Waterfront’s employees drove down by the RV’s parked west of Waterfront Construction and spotted their tool box by one of the RV’s. The employees knocked on the door and said they were taking it back, which they did without incident.
